John Adrian Halder, CEO of J Halder Consulting LLC, is a seasoned global education professional with a focus on the tertiary education sector. With experience in 50 countries he advises clients on global technical and vocational education and workforce development reform. He is a senior, entrepreneurial, manager with 30 years experience in organizational strategic planning for global relationships, and management of large, complex development programs in the United States and abroad. John holds substantial knowledge of United States post secondary education sector, especially in vocational and technical training. Additionally, he has extensive experience at senior levels in program management of education, and economic and human capacity development programs.
